We finally have great news for Presidio Heights Community!
Announcement: Ending Contract with Tiger Sanitation.
We are pleased to announce that Tiger Sanitation has agreed to allow Presidio Heights Community to terminate our contract on August 31, 2024. The final day of service will be August 27, 2024. Tiger will pick up your Bins on August 27, 2024.
Important: Each resident must individually cancel their service with Tiger Sanitation. To do so please call Tiger Sanitation Office at 210-333-4287 and speak with a representative.

New Contract with Waste Connections:

Presidio Waste Connections
Important Steps Each Resident Must do to Initiate Service:
To initiate service with Waste Connections each resident must contact their customer service office at SanAntonioCSR@WasteConnections.com to avoid long wait times on calls. Alternatively, if you prefer immediate assistance, please call 210-658-0487 and inform the representative that you reside in Presidio Heights subdivision. Remember the dead line is August 9th.Currently, the trash and recycling services days are yet to be determined. You will receive notification closer to the start date of September 1st for Presidio Heights Community.

Quarterly Cost:
The quarterly cost for trash and recycling service is $60.00 or currently $64.95 after taxes. Residents have the option to have an additional solid waste or recycling bin for an additional $18.00 quarterly plus tax. To commence service on September 1st, payment for the entire quarter is required. Remember Residents must contact Waste Connections by August 9th to ensure a timely start and delivery of the carts. For any inquiries, please reach out to Waste Connections service team at 210-658-0487.
Cart Delivery:
After the initial set up of service Waste Connections will schedule a drop off time for the Waste Connections shall provide each residence with two 96-gallon collection containers (one for recyclables only and the other container for other types of Solid Waste); provided, however, such containers shall remain the property of Waste Connections. As a reminder, invoicing is directly with Waste Connection and not through the Association.
Additional Service:
Bi-annual bulk pick up on dates mutually agreeable between HOA and Waste Connections.
